HiqhQuest is developed by a team of Navigator staff who share a common vision for reaching and equipping men for Christ and His Kingdom. The project is sponsored by the Church Discipleship Ministry (www.navigators.org/cdm) of The Navigators (www.navigators.org).

Chuck Strittmatter

Chuck was raised in southwest Iowa. He served in the U.S. Navy before attending the University of Northern Iowa. After graduation he became a Navigator staff and has served as
- Campus director Kansas State University
- Regional director of New England
- Country Director of Austrailia
- Field Director for Iowa/Nebraska
- Coach of CoMission teams in Russia and Ukraine
The Strittmatters currently live in Des Moines, Iowa where they direct the Church Discipleship Ministry of The Navigators for Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota

Ron Bennett ronbennett@highquest.info
Ron grew up in Iowa graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. In 1970 he joined the staff of The Navigators after serving as an officer in the US Army. His assignments with The Navigators include:
- Campus Director for St. Cloud State University
- Campus Director for Illinois State University
- Collegiate Staff Training Director Iowa State Training Center
- Collegiate State Director for the Central Midwest
- Field Director for Missouri and Kansas
- Regional Director for the Midwest Church Discipleship Ministry
Ron is the author of Intentional Disciplemaking (NavPress 2001). He is coauthor of
Opening the Door and The Adventure of Discipling Others (NavPress 2003). Ron and Mary developed a Bible study for new believers called Beginning the Walk (NavPress 2005).
Ron and his wife Mary live in Kansas City where he serves on the National Leadership Team for The Navigators Church Discipleship Ministry leading their Strategic Resource Group. .

Bob Walz bobwalz@highquest.info
Bob grew up in Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska majoring in Zoology/Pre-Medicine. His initial assignment with The Navigators was at Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan.
Bob has led collegiate ministries at:
- University of Iowa
- Kansas State University
- University of Nebraska
- Nebraska Wesleyan University
Bob has served on the National Collegiate Leadership Team as a National Collegiate Conference Director and as the Director of Creative Resources. He has developed "The Field Survival Kit" a CD of materials for helping people minister to others which has been distributed to men and women serving in the armed forces in Iraq. Many of the items in the kit are available at this website:
www.navresources.com He has coauthored a devotional for high school athletes called "Get in the Game".
Bob and his wife Sandy currently live in Lincoln, Nebraska where Bob is director of Navigator staff training at the University of Nebraska.

Larry Glabe larryglabe@highquest.info
Larry graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Secondary Education. He taught school in Chicago before coming on staff with The Navigators. Larry's ministry assignments include:
- Campus Director for the University of Northern Iowa
- Campus Director for the University of Missouri
- Business and Professional Men's Ministry Director for Missouri
Larry has developed seminars and materials used in men's ministries around the country. He coauthored an evangelism tool called
Opening the Door published by NavPress. He created a small group ministry called "Forums of Four" that is being used in men's ministries around the country.
Larry and his wife, Kathy, live in Columbia, Missouri where he directs The Navigator Church Discipleship Ministry in Central Missouri
